My little daughter Margie at one point was asked to do an assignment in school and it was called “lie poems,” and the kids were supposed to lie about themselves. And everybody got to make stuff up about themselves. And I went and listened to the kids read their poems. And all they were were these really optimistic visions of who they could be. And my point is we all can do that. And maybe it’s not true right now that we are these things, but unless we are willing to make it up and create it and tell that story, it will never be true.
